PDA Features
The PDA facilities (AutoFlow Active) of the system have proven to be of great benefit to our customers. AutoFlow Active allows a user to wirelessly connect to the AutoFlow system via a handheld device. The benefit of this is that the user can walk around the workshop and update the system in real-time, instead of making notes, and then updating the system when they can get to a machine.
Booking Manager
This module allows you to book in a vehicle, along with its static checks, Mileage, Service Book, Tool Kit amongst other items you would commonly find in a vehicle. A new notification is created on the system when the vehicle is booked in, and the static checks are also populated from the data that has been entered on the PDA.
Workshop QC
This module allows for a Quality Control check to be performed in real-time whilst walking around the vehicle. This ensures the most accurate recording of the vehicles current status in the system possible.
Car Park Manager
The Car Park Manager module allows for the parking of vehicles to be recorded to user definable car parks or bays. This module has proven to be a great time saver in the larger bodyshops.
To Do List
The To Do List alerts you to important communications sent through the internal mail system that require your attention.
Workshop Controller
This module displays all the jobs that are currently IN-PROGRESS in the workshop. From here you can:
1) See which productive is working on the task, along with time started, time booked and time allocated.
2) The expected/requested completion dates for jobs.
3) View the status of each workshop category (Complete/Uncomplete) for each job.
4) Set workshop categories as complete
5) UnComplete workshop categories that have no time booked to them.
6) Change the Expected or Requested Completion dates for a job.
