Repair Tracking Service
The 'Customer Service allows your bodyshop customers to view the progress of the vehicle online. This has proven to reduce the number of incoming calls to a bodyshop, and increases customer service and satisfaction. To see an example of the service simply click on the link enter "in-progress" in the registration then enter the password of 19624.
An 'Advanced Customer Service' is also available, which allows bodyshops to customise the information provided to their customers. We can help you tailor this service to include your company logos. This service is chargeable.
Bodyshop Manager / Group Manager Service
The Online Service allows authorized personnel access to view the live status of your bodyshop from anywhere with an internet connection. If you run more than one bodyshop, the Group Manager will allow you to monitor all your businesses from one central location. Information now includes, work inprogress, financial stats and performance KPI measures.
Work Provider / Dealership Service
Your bodyshop can facilitate individual work providers with a secure internet login, allowing each provider to view the current status of their own jobs. This service reduces the number of calls to your bodyshop from providers simply requiring vehicle updates.
