AutoFlow One

Advanced Authentication Solution

Providing a unified login experience for all AutoFlow products, providing a seamless and consistent login process, enhancing both security and convenience.

At AutoFlow, we are committed to enhancing user experience through innovative technology. Our latest development, AutoFlow One, is a cutting-edge authentication tool designed to streamline and secure user recognition across all our software solutions.

Unified Authentication

With AutoFlow One, users need only a single set of credentials to access all AutoFlow software products. This eliminates the need to remember multiple passwords and simplifies the login process.

Improved User Experience

By consolidating authentication across all platforms, AutoFlow One offers a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. Users can seamlessly switch between products without the hassle of repeated logins.

Scalable and Flexible

AutoFlow One is designed to scale with your business. Whether you are a small bodyshop or a large enterprise, AutoFlow One adapts to your needs, ensuring reliable performance and ease of use.

Centralised User Management

Administrators can manage user access and permissions from a single, centralised interface. This simplifies user management and ensures that the right individuals have the appropriate access to the necessary tools and information.

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly do I need to change from the old system to the new?

Users will be able to 'Skip' the transition on sign-in to AutoFlow for a short period of time.

A deadline will be applied where skipping the process is no longer possible, therefore, we strongly recommend that the transition is completed early, and at a convenient time, to avoid operational disruption. This will be a 'per-user' transition, not per-Bodyshop.

What's the timeline for removing the multi-stage sign-in for Hosted AutoFlow?

We are already busy working on the next stage of this implementation and will have something ready soon. We expect this to be available for wider customer use later in the year.

Can I keep the same password?
In theory, yes*, providing the password is:
  • A minimum of 10 characters
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one special character
  • At least one number
  • At least one uppercase letter

* We would strongly recommend your password be something completely random. AutoFlow One may require users to change their password from time-to-time, in line with current cyber security best practices. Password manager tools (such as 1Password, others available) can help with creating secure passwords that you don't need to remember!

Do I have to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA/2FA)?

Whilst this is something we recommend, our customers can choose whether MFA is enabled for their business.

What method of MFA will AutoFlow One use?

AutoFlow One's MFA solution will be delivered via the users' registered email address.

We used shared mailboxes in my business. Can we use the same email address for more than one user?
No, each user needs to be registered with a unique email address.
Do I still need my Site Code to log in to AutoFlow One?

No, AutoFlow One now only requires an email address and password.

We have multiple people using the same AutoFlow License, what does this mean for me?
We currently still support this functionality, but this is not recommended for Data Security and auditing purposes.
I don't have a company email address, how will this work for me?

Each user will need an email account that is accessible. It is up to your company to either provide an email address or allow the use of your personal email for the purpose of accessing AutoFlow.

My business has more Users than Licenses, are my costs going to go up?

Each user will need to have a named account within AutoFlow – this will not impact the number of licenses you have paid for with AutoFlow, but future additional users may be charged differently.

I'm using Hosted AutoFlow, how will my Sign-in journey change?

Initially you will still be required to sign-in through all 3 stages, however, in the future, we will be consolidating these multiple sign-in steps into a single sign-in.

What restrictions do we have to prevent repeated sign-in attempts?

You will have 10 attempts to correctly login with your credentials, after 10 failed attempts you will need to wait 15 minutes before you can attempt again.

Will I still be able to adjust password policies for my organisation?

No, the "Password Policies" settings will no longer be adjustable, AutoFlow will now apply the same stringent policies for all customers.
